A Wolf’s Hollow County Park Engagement Session | Abby + Alec | April 12, 2026
At some point during every session, I inevitably ask new clients if they have pets or are animal people. When I asked Abby and Alec this question on Sunday during their Wolf’s Hollow engagement session, they both lit up, giggled a little, and said in unison, “Oh yes. We are animal people.” Now, to be clear, I love dogs of all sizes, but I happen to be a “large breed dog person.” So, when Alec mentioned he had three Rottweilers in the past and currently owns a Cane Corso, and Abby said she has a Black Lab/Great Dane mix, I may or may not have jumped up and down, asking to see pictures. It’s surprising we got as many photos as we did after that point, given all our sharing of dog photos and videos, along with oohing and aahing over the absolute cuteness that filled our camera rolls. It’s safe to say, we really hit it off.
Abby and Alec were all smiles and giggles (well, the giggles were all Abby) and seemed to truly enjoy their shoot. I know I definitely did! The only downside was saying goodbye until their wedding at The Barn at Stoneybrooke, which is still 18 months away! Luckily, it seems they’ve already started hiring their vendors, giving them plenty of options—smart move! It’s going to be a fantastic team, and I can’t wait! From what I hear, the wedding party will also be a lot of fun to work with. I’m looking forward to meeting all of Abby and Alec’s family and friends on their special day next year. Oh, how wonderful you are! I’m so glad I get to be the one by your side to capture your wedding day. You have the biggest hearts and such a positive outlook on everything in your world. I honestly can’t wait to meet your parents to see where you get it from. They must be so special! I hope you love this little sample of highlights from your engagement session in Atglen, PA.
