I provide wedding photography services for all. I do not exclude couples due to appearance, race, nationality, sexual orientation, color palette, venue, or budget. If I am within your budget and available for your date, we can work together!

My associate photographers and I guide natural, posed shots when needed and capture joyful, sweet, candid moments that showcase the close connection between you and your people when it’s not. I edit those images in a bright, joyful, true-to-color editing style that is my business’s visual signature. I am unable to edit in a style other than my own. Decide
Once you review your proposal, you can sign the contract and pay your 25% non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date. While the retainer is not refundable, it counts toward your final payment. Celebrate because you’re officially booked!

Lock it in
Next, I will send you vendor recommendations and a rough timeline based on what I know of your wishes so far to help you plan in the months leading up to your wedding.
If you booked an engagement session, I’ll help you get that scheduled and send you my Engagement Session Guide for Success, which provides advice for selecting a location, outfit coordination, preparation, and much more.
Three months before your wedding date, you will receive a questionnaire from me asking for all the details I need to finalize your timeline and start coordinating with your vendors so you don’t have to lift a finger.

After you have had the wedding day of your dreams, I will:
Share a sneak peek on social media @meganhofferphotography after 1-2 days (so be sure to follow along!)
Blog your wedding with a large selection of highlights from your wedding day, within a week of your shoot
Deliver your complete gallery to your inbox within 2 months (typically much sooner)
If you ordered an album, I will get to work designing it for your approval before sending it for production and right to your doorstep!
Store your image files for at least 1 year on my gallery website
You can share the complete gallery with loved ones and download all your photos in high-resolution (for printing) and web-size (optimized for screen viewing).
For your convenience and to ensure correct color & quality, you can also order prints, cards, canvases, and more products directly in your gallery. Items are priced for your convenience and to ensure the quality of my work, not for my profit, so I highly encourage you to use this complimentary feature.
