Our photographers guide posing and capture joyful, sweet moments that showcase the close connection between you and your people, or an individual’s personality. I edit those images in a bright, joyful, true-to-color editing style that is my business’s visual signature. I am unable to edit in a style other than my own. MHP Portrait Session Guide for Success (tailored suggestions for location and outfit coordination available upon request)
1 hour travel to your shoot location from 17601
*A fee will be applied for travel exceeding one hour, depending on factors such as mileage, time, flights, hotels, tolls, and parking.
60-minute photoshoot on location in natural light with one of our talented photographers—typically me (Megan)
75+ retouched and edited digital files delivered in an online gallery directly to your inbox to download and share (use your contract as a legal print release)
For your convenience, prints, canvas, holiday cards, and many more products are available to purchase directly through your gallery (not required).

Click the link below to check our availability and select a session. If you find one that fits your schedule, go ahead and sign up. I suggest acting fast, as our prime dates (especially weekends) tend to fill up far in advance. If you don’t see a date that works for you, email me at hello@meganhofferphotography.com, and I’ll see what I can do.

Once I’ve confirmed the date in our calendar, I’ll email a contract for both of us to sign. You will also be able to pay your retainer fee to reserve the date. It is $250, and while it is not refundable, it counts toward your final payment.
Once you’re officially booked, I will send you the MHP Portrait Session Guide for Success to help you with planning in the weeks leading up to your shoot. It provides advice for selecting a location, outfit coordination, preparation, and much more. A week or two before your session date, I will contact you to check in, connect you with your photographer, and provide additional assistance if needed.
With the forecast fairly certain the day before your shoot, your final payment is due. If the weather is not cooperating, I will have contacted you already to make a plan by this point.
After you have had a delightful time at your shoot, I will:
Share a sneak peek on social media @meganhofferphotography after 1-3 days (so be sure to follow along!)
Blog your session with a small selection of highlights from your shoot within a week of your shoot
Deliver your complete gallery to your inbox within 2 weeks
Store your image files for at least 3 months (typically several years)
You will have the option to share the complete gallery with loved ones and download all your photos in high-resolution (for printing) or web-size (optimized for screen viewing).
For your convenience and to ensure correct color & quality, you can also order prints, cards, canvases, and more products directly in your gallery. Items are priced for your convenience and to ensure the quality of my work, not for my profit, so I highly encourage you to use this feature.
