Sure, some wedding clients find me through Google or Instagram, but most of them discover me through a personal connection of some kind. Elizabeth and Noah’s connection is quite special. Elizabeth’s dad, Stacy, took photography classes from me a few years ago. When I saw that it was his daughter reaching out on the inquiry form, it made me smile from ear to ear. It always feels good when another photographer chooses you, but this just felt a little extra meaningful.

After reviewing the schedules, we decided they were great candidates for one of my associate photographers. They didn’t need an engagement shoot since Stacy, of course, photographed it for them, but they chose to add an extra hour to ensure we covered everything important on their special day. Debbie stepped in and beautifully captured their day. The touches of orange throughout the venue added a lovely detail. When I met with her the day after the wedding to pick up the photos and hear how it went, Debbie couldn’t stop talking about all the details. Elizabeth’s grandma, Yvonne, even designed the invitation suite herself! I love how Debbie included oranges in as many photos as possible while maintaining beautiful lighting all day. She is incredibly talented. I had so much fun editing these highlights for you all to enjoy. Elizabeth and Noah,

Your wedding day looked absolutely incredible. I wish I could have been there myself, but, of course, Debbie did an amazing job. From what I understand, Noah will be deploying in a few months. Not many people know this, but I was a military spouse for 8 years. It’s a challenging path to take, but very rewarding. If you ever need some advice, I’m here for you!
