An Ott’s Exotic Plants Engagement Session | Erin + Michael | February 1, 2026
Me: Did you have fun?!
Erin: Oh, yes! Honestly, really just wanted to have an engagement session as practice before the big day.
I love that! And practice we did! We dodged shoppers, Erin and Michael accepted many congratulations, and we played in the beautiful, green atmosphere of Otts Exotic Plants. We even recreated a photo they had taken at Otts and featured some of Erin’s favorite plants. Otts was incredible, as always.
Erin and Michael will marry at Loch Aerie Mansion in Chester County this May, and I couldn’t be more excited to see them again so soon and meet all their friends and family. It’s going to be a wonderful day celebrating their love. See a peek of their engagement photos by scrolling down. Enjoy!
Erin and Mike, my personal favorite part of your shoot was Erin pulling Mike in the wagon. Your sense of humor was so fun to work with. You are such kind, light-hearted people. A great match. I’m so glad you two are finally tying the knot after five years. You did a great job on your engagement session. I hope you love your photos! And, because I know how hard it is to wait, there will be a surprise in your inbox later today, so don’t forget to check it!
Hugs,
Megan
Note to photographers: Hi! I’m Megan. I run PA Area Photographers, a Facebook group for photographers in the general Pennsylvania area. It’s not a typical photography group. The purpose is not to share work but to connect locally, hire second photographers and associates, and help each other out whenever possible. It’s really amazing. You can join by clicking HERE. — Don’t forget to answer the questions! I want to point out that Otts allows photography, but the session must be reserved in advance. The fee is paid at the start of the session. Be sure to follow the rules so this gem of an indoor location remains an option for the rest of us. Thanks!
