A Spring Engagement Session at Wolf’s Hollow County Park | Melody & Thomas | May 1, 2025
Melody and Thomas chose Wolf’s Hollow County Park for their engagement session on Thursday. The stunning park, filled with lush foliage, running water, and scenic views, is just a stone’s throw away from their wedding venue, The Barn at Stoneybrooke. Sometimes, it feels as if I am driving home when I head to Atglen, PA, since I'm there so often. Many people believe I live nearby, but it's almost an hour's drive.
Both Melody and Thomas are laid-back and kind. There was a lot of laughter and good conversation during their shoot. It never ceases to amaze me how many of my brides are nurses and teachers. Melody is a nurse who works with stroke patients. They were fortunate to have full sun at the start of the session, with clouds appearing just in time when we needed them. With the sun setting later and later in the spring, we didn’t wrap up until 7:30. Down in the valley, the sun “sets” early, so it was good that we got an early start.
These two are getting married in less than three months at The Barn at Stoneybrooke, and I can’t wait to see them again and to meet all the people I heard about at their shoot—Melody has a twin sister, and Tom has four brothers! We are going to have a great day in July. So, get ready to see these smiling faces here again soon!
Melody and Tom, I appreciated how go-with-the-flow you were. I had a ton of fun with you both. I hope you love this little sample of photos from your Wolf’s Hollow engagement session on Thursday. And because I know how hard it is to wait, there will be a surprise in your inbox later today, so don’t forget to check! See you again soon!
